Refund policy

Because each item is handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or personalized products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each request individually and work to make it right.

To be eligible for consideration, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Reported within 7 days of delivery

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Scent preferences
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities
  • Normal variations in color, appearance, or design that occur in handmade products

Please note that each bar is handcrafted and may vary slightly in color, pattern, and shape. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
