All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our studio within 3–5 business days. During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional postage before they can be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Soft Sunday Studio is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review each situation and work to resolve the issue.
